Initially, I downloaded a Ulaa browser v2.29.0 and got an update to the latest version; unfortunately, I could not update by one click or by going all the way to find the UlaaUpdateAssistant.exe in the local directory. Surprisingly it's time-consuming, and I don't have it ready in the win tray on my system. I have to manually uninstall and install new version. attached setup logs
