How to Fix the Error: "www.###.com is blocked" / "Your organization doesn’t allow you to view this site" ?

If you encounter this error in Ulaa, it is likely due to a site restriction policy enforced by your organization's system administrator under Ulaa Enterprise Management.

Steps to Verify and Fix the Issue:

Step 1. Check Policy Restrictions :

Open Ulaa and navigate to ulaa://policy Look for any policies restricting access to the website.
If this restriction was intentionally applied by your organization's administrator, please contact your IT administrator for further assistance.

Step 2. For unintended restriction :

If your device is not managed by an administrator and this restriction was applied accidentally, you can remove the UlaaCloudManagement file from the respective OS directory:

For Windows:
  1. Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
  2. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoho\Ulaa\UlaaCloudManagement
  3. Delete the UlaaCloudManagement key.
For Mac:
  1. Go to: Library/Zoho/Ulaa/enrollment
  2. Delete the UlaaCloudManagement file.
For Linux:
  1. Navigate to: /etc/opt/zoho/ulaa/policies/enrollment
  2. Delete the UlaaCloudManagement file.
Step 3. Restart Ulaa :

After making the changes, restart Ulaa and check if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, please reach out to your IT administrator or contact Ulaa support for further assistance.
