Ulaa continuously releases new features. However, as the development cycle lengthens, it occasionally takes a long time for a new feature to be made available to everyone. By enabling the experimental feature flag, you can try out the upcoming new features in advance and share your feedback with us.
Visit ulaa://flags to see all the upcoming features and give them a try.
Note: Proceed with caution before enabling anything. Although some of these experimental features will make your browser better, some can have a negative impact. For this reason, you should never enable many flags at once. The best approach is to read the description of a feature flag that interests you and do some research to learn more about it.
How to enable/disable the experimental feature flag in Ulaa?
The majority of the feature flags are Disabled, which indicates that they are not active, as you can see. If it is stable enough, the feature flags might occasionally be set to Enabled. Some feature flags may be enabled or disabled if they are set to Default.
Open ulaa://flags
Now you can scroll down to a specific feature flag that you want to enable or search for the feature using feature flag name in the search bar located in the page.
Choose Enabled from the dropdown menu next to the feature flag's description to enable the feature or Disabled to disable it.
Ulaa might ask you to restart the browser once you Enabled/Disabled the feature flag for the modifications to take effect.
You are all set to try out the feature.
Note: However, keep in mind that since the features enabled are still in the beta stage, you might occasionally run into problems because of bugs or incompatibilities.
Reset all the experimental feature flags to their default state:
By following the steps below, you can disable all experimental feature flags at once.
