Visit a website that requests access to your camera and microphone.
Select Allow or Block when prompted.
Allowed sites: When you visit a website, it may begin to monitor your activity. A website cannot begin recording if you are using another Ulaa tab or another app.
Blocked sites: A site may not function as expected if you block a website. For instance, you won't be able to join a video call.
Modify a website's camera and microphone permissions
Click the Menu at the top right.
Click on Preferences.
Click on Privacy and security in left pane.
Under Privacy and security section, click on Site settings.
Click on Camera or Microphone
Make the option you want to be your default choice.
Review your blocked and allowed sites.
Click Delete to the right of the website to cancel an already granted exception or permission.
To allow a site that you already blocked, change the camera/microphone permission to "Allow" by selecting the name of the website under "Not allowed."
Select the default microphone
Click the Menu at the top right.
Click on Preferences.
Click on Privacy and security in left pane.
Under Privacy and security section, click on Site settings.
Click on Microphone.
To select a default microphone, click the Down arrow.
Troubleshooting microphone issues
If your microphone isn't functioning, try the following:
Make sure you are not muted
Make sure the mute switch on the wire is off if you're wearing a headset. Additionally, check to see if you have the website muted
Examine your system's settings.
Ensure that the recording levels are appropriate and that your microphone is set as the default recording device.
Contact your manufacturer
Contact the manufacturer of your microphone if the issue persists.
Troubleshooting Camera issues
Check the Ulaa site permissions.
Make sure the website you intend to utilize allows access to the cameras. You have the option for allowing just the current site to utilize your camera, or all sites. Know more about site permissions.
Check the settings on your system
Make sure the levels are correct and that the camera is the one you want to use.
Restart your video call and computer
If you are in a video call, try ending it and start again.
Restart your computer.

Contact your camera’s manufacturer.
