For Windows:
1. Navigate to the following directory:
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Zoho\Ulaa\User Data\Crashpad\reports
Note : The AppData folder may be hidden. To view it, go to the top menu bar, select View > Show > Hidden Items
2. The most recent .dmp file will serve as the crash report. Please attach this file when creating a support ticket at
Ulaa Support.
For Mac:
1. Navigate to the following directory:
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/Zoho/Ulaa/Crashpad/Pending
Note: The "Library" folder may be hidden. You can enable hidden folders by pressing Command + Shift + .
2. The most recent .dmp file will serve as the crash report. Please attach this file when creating a support ticket at
Ulaa Support.
For Linux:
1. Navigate to the following directory via File Manager:
home/.config/zoho/ulaa/crash report
Note: The ".config" folder may be hidden. You can enable hidden folders by pressing Ctrl + H
2. The most recent .dmp and meta files will serve as the crash report. Please attach both files when creating a support ticket at
Ulaa Support.
For iOS:
- On your iPhone, Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
- Search for "Ulaa".
- Attach the most recent crash report when creating a support ticket at Ulaa Support.
For Android:
- Enable Developer Options by going to Settings > About Phone
- Tap Build number seven times.
- Go to Settings > Developer Options > Take Bug Report.
- Choose Interactive Report.
- Reproduce the crash in Ulaa.
- Pull down the notification shade and tap on the Bug Report once it’s generated.
- You can share this report directly by creating a support ticket at Ulaa Support.
