How to collect the Crash Report in Ulaa for a Crash Issue

For Windows:

1. Navigate to the following directory:  
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Zoho\Ulaa\User Data\Crashpad\reports
Notes
Note : The AppData folder may be hidden. To view it, go to the top menu bar, select  View > Show > Hidden Items
2. The most recent .dmp file will serve as the crash report. Please attach this file when creating a support ticket at Ulaa Support.

For Mac:

1. Navigate to the following directory:  
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/Zoho/Ulaa/Crashpad/Pending

Note: The "Library" folder may be hidden. You can enable hidden folders by pressing Command + Shift +
2. The most recent .dmp file will serve as the crash report. Please attach this file when creating a support ticket at Ulaa Support.

For Linux:

1. Navigate to the following directory via File Manager:
home/.config/zoho/ulaa/crash report

Note:  The ".config" folder may be hidden. You can enable hidden folders by pressing Ctrl + H
2. The most recent .dmp and meta files will serve as the crash report. Please attach both files when creating a support ticket at Ulaa Support.

For iOS:

  1. On your iPhone, Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
  2. Search for "Ulaa".
  3. Attach the most recent crash report when creating a support ticket at Ulaa Support.

For Android:

  1. Enable Developer Options by going to Settings > About Phone
  2. Tap Build number seven times.
  3. Go to Settings > Developer Options > Take Bug Report.
  4. Choose Interactive Report.
  5. Reproduce the crash in Ulaa.
  6. Pull down the notification shade and tap on the Bug Report once it’s generated.
  7. You can share this report directly by creating a support ticket at Ulaa Support.
