Imagine you have ten open tabs on your browser. Constantly clicking on your mouse or relying on your trackpad to switch between them can be difficult. Fortunately, by using the keyboard shortcuts listed below, you can comfortably access your open tabs.
Switch to adjacent tabs
Use Ctrl+Pg Up (To switch to previous tab) and Ctrl+Pg Dn (To switch to next tab) The tabs will move adjacently without disrupting the default tab cycle feature.
You can also use Cmd + Opt+ Left arrow/ Right arrow to perform the same action in Mac.
Switch between recently visited tabs
- Moves forward
Press Control + shift+ Tab- To move forward from the current tab. - Moves backward
Press Control+Tab- To move backward to the recently used tab.
