How to sync your data across modes?
When you sign in to any mode with your Zoho account, you can use that same account to sync your data across all other modes in that profile. If you haven't signed in yet, check out Sign in & Sync in Ulaa .
Desktop:
Steps to enable sync in a mode:
- Switch to your preferred mode (Incognito mode is an exception).
- Click the
Menu at the top right.
- Click on Preferences > Your Data > Sync
- Toggle Sync switch on.
- When syncing data for the first time in a specific mode, you will be prompted to set up a sync passphrase.
Steps to enable sync:
Click the
Menu at the top right.
Click on Settings.
Under the You and Ulaa section, click on the Manage Modes to switch to your preferred mode.
Select the mode of your choice and click Switch mode to continue switching.
Now you will be presented with the option to either combine or keep the sync data from the previous mode with the current chosen mode to switch.
Now turn on sync by clicking Sync in the same section and if this is the first time you are trying to sync data for this mode, you will be prompted to set up a sync passphrase.
iOS:
Steps to enable sync:

Click on Settings.
Click on the Manage Modes to switch to the target mode.
Select the mode of your choice and click Switch mode to continue switching.
Now you will be presented with a option to either combine or keep the sync data from the previous mode with the current chosen mode to switch.
Now turn on sync by clicking Sync in the same section and if this is the first time you are syncing data for this mode, you will be prompted to set up a sync passphrase.
