My website doesn't work normally and looks different. What should I do?

Sometimes certain websites may not work properly or the content may appear different than usual. The videos or the images may break for two reasons. 

  1. When the level of protection set to Extreme.
  2. Adblocker turned on for a specific site. 
Turning off the Adblocker completely may leave you vulnerable to harmful online trackers. Instead you can try the following. 

Turn off Adblocker for specific site 

  1. Click the  Shield icon in the address bar.

  2. Select Block ads for this site.

  3. The page will reload normally.

 

 

Switch the protection level  

If the site still breaks, it may be because you have set the protection level to Extreme or due to Additional protection. To switch the protection level for the Mode:

  1. At the top right, click  Menu.
  2. Select Preferences >Privacy and security. 
  3. Select Standard.

 


Switch to Open Season mode 

Websites will work normally when you switch to Open Season mode.

Caution: This is a Zero restriction zone. There is no tracking prevention in this mode.  
  1. Right click on the tab that doesn't appear normal.
  2. Select Switch this tab to. (Make sure you have enabled Open Season mode.)
  3. Select Open Season mode.
