Prerequisites for Utilizing the "Sync" Feature in Ulaa.

To use the "Sync" feature in Ulaa, you need to ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  1. Sign in with the same zoho Account: Make sure that you are signed in to Ulaa on all devices with the same zoho Account. This feature requires you use the same mode in the browser on both the sending and receiving devices.
  2. ​Enable Sync: Make sure that the "Sync" feature is enabled in Ulaa on all devices.

Once these prerequisites are met, you should be able to view the data available in Ulaa to send web pages, articles, and other content from one device to another.


If the issue persists, please contact our support team and provide the screenshot of 'ulaa://signin-internals' and 'ulaa://sync-internals' for further investigation.
