When running the Windows setup, a small pop-up window for selecting system or user preferences appears.
To prevent encountering this issue, we have implemented a scroll bar in the latest version (2.5.2). Additionally, you have the option to adjust the scaling from your system settings.
If the pop-up does not appear, it is most likely due to your system's screen resolution and scale settings. To resolve the screen resolution issue, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Start menu (Windows icon in the lower-left corner of your screen).
2. Select Settings.
3. In the Settings window, click on System.
4. Click on Display in the left-hand menu.
5. In the Display settings, locate the Display resolution dropdown menu.
6. Click on the dropdown menu and select the recommended resolution: 1920x1200.
7. Beside the Scale and layout section, you'll see a dropdown menu for scaling.
8. Select the recommended scaling option: 125%.
9. After making these adjustments, ensure that your screen looks clear and that the issue is resolved.
- Adjusting the screen resolution and scaling settings should resolve most screen-related issues during Windows setup.
- Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Windows.
- If you have multiple monitors, ensure that the settings are correct for the monitor you are using.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team and provide the screenshot of your display settings for further assistance.
