If you're facing issues while reinstalling Ulaa or need to remove it completely from your system, follow the steps below to ensure a clean uninstallation.
1. Terminate Ulaa Processes Using Task Manager : Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, locate any Ulaa-related entries (e.g., Ulaa.exe), right-click on them, and select "End task" to terminate.
2. Manually navigate to the Ulaa Installation Folders using File Explorer : Depending on how Ulaa was installed, the files may be located in one or both of the following directories:
For System-level installation: C:\Program Files\Zoho\Ulaa\Application
For User-level installation: C:\Users\<your_username>\AppData\Local\Zoho\Ulaa\Application

Replace <your_username> with your actual Windows account name.
3. If the Ulaa folder exists, delete it entirely.
4. If you're unable to delete the folder, make sure Ulaa is not running in the background. Restart your system if needed and try again.
5. Clear temp files by following these steps : press the Windows + R keys simultaneously > type %temp%, then press ENTER > select all the files in the temp folder and delete them.
6. Clear Ulaa-Related Registry Entries (Advanced) :

Be cautious while editing the Windows Registry. Making incorrect changes can affect system functionality.
- Press Windows + R, type regedit, and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
- Press Ctrl + F, search for "Zoho Ulaa", and review all entries found.
- Delete only those registry entries specifically related to Zoho Ulaa.
- After removing relevant entries, close the Registry Editor.
7. Restart the System : Once all steps above are completed, restart your computer to ensure that all remaining traces of Ulaa are removed from your system.
