If you're getting the "Aw, Snap" error or any other error code, it means Ulaa is having problems loading. You might also see the page loading slowly or not opening at all. To correct this issue , follow the steps below.
Reload the page
Reload the page to fix the issue. To reload,
Click Reload at the top left of the address bar.
Check your internet connection
If reloading doesn't fix the issue, then
Ensure the computer network connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
Reload the tab that shows the error.
Clear your cookies and cache
If your internet connection is stable, then Ulaa might have stored information that prevents the page from loading. To ensure that, check if the page loads in Incognito mode. To do so:
On your computer, open Ulaa.
At the top right, click Modeicon > Incognito.
If this fixes your issue then try clearing your cookies and cache. To do so:
At the top right, Click Menu.
Select Preferences> Privacy and Security.
Select Cookies and other site data > See all site data and permissions
Click Clear all data > Clear.
Close other tabs, extensions, & apps
If the issue persists, then there may be a memory shortage.
Free up memory
Close every tab except for the one that shows the error message.
Quit other apps or programs that are running, and pause any app or file downloads.
Uninstall unnecessary extensions from Ulaa. At the top right, clickMenu > Preferences > Extensions > Remove.
