To quickly check a website's security and privacy status on Ulaa across different devices, follow the steps given below :
On Desktop
1. Open Ulaa and go to any website.
2. To check the security of the site, look at the icon next to the web address:
Secure (Default): Your connection is private.
- ⓘ Info or Not Secure: The site is not secure. Your data could be at risk.
- ⚠️ Not Secure or Dangerous: Avoid entering personal info. The site may not be safe.
3. To learn more about the site's privacy, cookies, and settings, click on the icon next to the URL.
If you want Ulaa to warn you when a site isn’t secure, turn on Always use secure connections. This will show a warning if a site doesn’t support HTTPS.Android

What the Security Icons Mean:
Secure (Default): Your connection is private.

⚠️ Not Secure or Dangerous: Do not enter personal info. Avoid the site if possible. It may be harmful.

Manage certificates
Ulaa authenticates and secures HTTPS connections with website certificates. These certificates encrypt the link between a site and your browser. Ulaa will add custom root certificates from the certificates used by your computer's operating system. To review the certificates on your device:
- On your computer, open Ulaa.
- At the top right, click the hamburger icon (☰) > Preferences.
- On the left, choose Privacy and Security > Security.
- Select Manage certificates.
