The Kids Mode helps your child to discover the web safely and delve into the world of the internet without compromising what they view. The kids-friendly features such as  Parental Control, Learning on the go  and  Child Lock , creates a safe browsing space by restricting your child from accessing spurious content or from switching to other modes. They can never mess up your personal or office work. 

The dashboard also comes with a preloaded customized online learning websites and fun games offline, to keep your children entertained and make learning creative. 

The in-built ad- blockers prevent explicit content, automatically filtering out unnecessary elements on the web. With these features, you can keep track of your kids and keep the trackers off your kids!

How to launch Kids Mode?

• Select the  Profile icon  at the top of the browser.
• Click the  Kids icon .

• A  password  prompt pops up for first time users.
• Create a strong password and click on ' Go '

• Login  using the created password 

Notes: 

• You are not required to be signed into the browser to change the modes. Signing in will sync the kids mode with all the connected devices.
• Kids mode will always open in a new window for a seamless browsing experience. 

• Until you exit the Kids Mode by entering the password or even restart the browser, Ulaa will always launch in Kids Mode. 

How to Exit Kids Mode? 

Enter the  Unlock password  to exit Kids Mode and resume browsing. 

1. Click on the Kids Mode icon at the top of the browser or select your desired mode. 
2. Enter the Unlock Password and tap ' Exit'

Parental Control

Ulaa's Parental Lock gives complete control over to the parents on what their children can view online. All accesses to switch modes from the Kids Mode are strictly  password enabled .  You can add or remove a specific URL from the  Block List  from any given mode.   

To add or remove a URL

• Select  Preferences  from the browser menu
• Click on  Kids Mode Preferences  from the left column

• Click on Add button to add the URL
  
• Click on   to edit or delete a URL

Child Lock

Your young ones cannot wander online by exiting from the Kids Mode as it is password enabled. 

• The password prompt pops up every time your child tries to exit or switch from the Kids Mode.

Learning on the go

Finding the right activities for your child ends here. The dashboard comes with pre loaded  learning websites  and creative  games  to keep your child entertained. The games are customised to guide your children think and strategize and to make them feel less stressed about learning. 

Privacy Settings in Kids Mode

Ulaa Kids Mode is equipped with default privacy features with  DuckDuckGo  as the default  search engine.  This enables ad- blocker to block ads, pop-ups and trackers to aid for an efficient browsing without distractions.
